Blueberry-persimmon porridge

Hey there,

Sorry, to all my foodies, to have been offline here for so long but as winter comes I am more and more in the mood to stay home and come up with some easy, nice recipes again.

So this morning I came up with a super quick but warming and delicious porridge.

All you need (for 2 portions) is:

  • 2 cups of almond milk
  • 2 cups of oats
  • 2 tbso honey
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

    for the topping:

  • 2 tbsp Marple syrup
  • 1 persimmon
  • 4 tbsp granola(I chose chocolate)
  • 2 tbsp gojiberries

All you need is heat up the milk and stir the oats in it for 2-3 mins, until adding the chopped apple and banana, the blueberries, the cinnamon and some honey. When the whole porridge is gooey and creamy(max 5 mins), top it with the toppings :-) Et voila!
