Post workout treat

Hey beautiful

So last week when I was super hungry after my workout I made this delicious bowl, full of vitamins and lots of protein.

All you need is:

  • 200 gr Quark or greek yoghurt
  • 1-2 tbsp marple syrup
  • 200-300 gr fresh berries(I used strawberries) for the puree
  • 100-150 gr fresh berries(I used blueberries)
  • 1 tbsp nut butter(I used peanut butter)
  • 100-150 gr frozen berries(I used raspberries)
  • some vanilla
  • optional: some nuts, chia seeds, fresh granola(for example my homemade from the blog ;) or some chocolate(min. 70% cacao)

Simple put the yoghurt in a bowl, mash the 200-300 gr fresh berries so you get a lovely creamy texture and add it to the bowl, then add some of the fresh and frozen berries(I like to have both so you have both different tastes as well as different textures) and top with some vanilla, marple syrup, the nut butter and f.ex. some nuts or dark chocolate. This is not only mouthwatering good but also super healthy and nutritious! ;)
