You just woke up, still your dream about not only delicious but also gluten- and wheat free, lowcarb pancakes in your mind?
Perfect! If you’re craving them this morning (or an other morning), here is the magical recipe for pancakes. The easiest, fastes AND healthiest one I have tried so far. I am so happy I learned a similar recipe trough a roomie while traveling and now serve all my friends with this yummie sweet treat when they pop by for breakfast. To spread it to even more beautiful souls that adore the one or other dessert here you go ;-)
All you need is(for 1 person) is:
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1 eggwhite
- optional: 1 tbsp flour, some sugar or cinnamon, peanut butter or berries
- optional topping: any spread you like(I, of course love pb or nutella) or some nice yoghurt
First mash the banana and then add the egg and eggwhite and swirl it till smooth. Heaten the pan with some coconut oil and then fry the pancakes, flip them around and fry max one more minute. Top it with any spread or fruits you like (find another serving example below :-). Aaaaand: ENJOY!
