So at the beginning of this week I showed you my homemade Breakfast Muffins via Snapchat and as so many of you asked me for the recipe here it is. It is not only easily made but also super fast and perfect if you have to leave home early and wanna have a healthy but rich breakfast on the go.
All you need is:
- 1 cup oats(I chose gluten free)
- 1/3 cup peanutbutter
- 1/3 cup honey
- chocolate for frosting
- optional: berries for topping
Mix the oats, honey and peanutbutter and place the batter into the muffin tin. Heaten up the chocolate in a pan and top the muffins with it and some berries.
Then put them in the freezer for at least 30 mins to harden.
I tried it for the first time and I really love these healthy alternatives as a snack or in the morning. Bon appetit!
