Who wants some delicicous, mouthwatering choco cake for Easter?
It isn’t healthy treat at all but as it is holidays it’s probably ok, isn’t it ;-)…?!
All you need is:
- 250 gr chocolate
- 200 gr butter
- 4 eggs
- 300 gr sugar
- 200 gr flour
- 100 gr grated almonds
- 6-8 chocolate Easter eggs(I chose some with nougat filling)
- for the frosting: 100 gr chocolate and some easter choco to top the cake
Preheat the oven on 180°. First melt the chocolate and whisk it with the butter and the eggs. Then add all the dry ingredients. Fill the baking pan with half of the batter, add the (nougat) eggs and then add the other batter. Bake for 35 mins and then let it cool before topping it with the chocolate frosting and decorate with some Easter choco.
